Our Service and Maintenance team of experienced specialists is ready to support you with maintenance and to resolve service requests quickly and professionally, ensuring your installation remains fully operational. Whether it concerns telephone advice, remote support, or an on-site service visit, we think along with you, act quickly, and keep you informed.
We believe in clear communication, short lines, and a personal approach. Every service request is carefully logged and followed up. Our service professionals are not only technically skilled, but also committed and solution-oriented. Together, we ensure reliable water treatment, now and in the future.

Service

VDH is available by phone for service requests and technical support. You can reach us at +31 (0)33 277 8600. In the event of an urgent malfunction outside officehours, you will be connected via a telephone menu.

Maintenance

We provide preventive maintenance for our salt electrolysis installations on a request or contract basis. With fixed maintenance packages (annual and three-yearly), we ensure your installation continues to operate reliably. This safeguards continuity and extends the lifespan of your installation. With a maintenancecontract, you are assured of fast service, lower costs, and preventive maintenance.

What to do in case of a service request or malfunction

Very urgent malfunction
Examples: chlorine gas, major leakage, fire
→ Call VDH +31 (0)33 277 8600
→ We will discuss the need to deploy a technician.

Urgent malfunction
Examples: minor leakage, no chlorine dosing in one of the pools
→ Call VDH between 8:00–17:00 (Friday until 15:45)
→ We will attempt to resolve the issue via email, phone, or remote control. If this is not successful, a service visit will be discussed.

→ We will attempt to resolve the issue via email, phone, or remote control. If this is not successful, a service visit will be discussed.

Please ensure you are present on site during contact. This allows us to assist you more quickly and efficiently.

Maintenance Contracts

Our goal is to ensure that your installation operates safely and efficiently throughout its entire lifecycle. That is why we offer various maintenance contracts. A VDH maintenance contract provides peace of mind. You are assured of fast service, lower costs, and preventive maintenance.

With a contract, you benefit from:

  • Priority in case of malfunctions – response time within 2 hours
  • Included telephone support – no additional costs
  • 50% discount on call-out costs – immediate savings on service visits
  • Preventive maintenance – reliable and efficient operation

Service and ProMinent worldwide

We also provide support outside the Benelux. Whenever possible, we operate remotely to avoid unnecessary travel.

If on-site presence is required, this can be arranged via the ProMinent office in your region. This allows us to offer worldwide support.
