
What to do in case of a service request or malfunction
Very urgent malfunction
Examples: chlorine gas, major leakage, fire
→ Call VDH immediately +31 (0)33 277 8600
→ We will discuss the need to deploy a technician.
Urgent malfunction
Examples: minor leakage, no chlorine dosing
→ Call VDH immediately between 8:00–17:00 (Friday until 15:45)
→ We will resolve the issue remotely via email or by phone. If this is not successful, a service visit will be discussed.
Other service requests
→ Call VDH at a suitable moment between 8:00–17:00 (Friday until 15:45) or email service@vdhwater.nl
→ We will resolve the issue remotely via email or by phone. If this is not successful, a service visit will be discussed.
